Univec has entered into several agreements with large United States based wholesalers i.e; McKesson, Cardinal, Baxter and major GPO's for the support and expansion of distribution channels for nationwide delivery of Univec product lines.

Univec extended its product line to include a highly regulated pharmaceutical (methadone) and other pharmaceutical products.

The company will continue to sell it products through large United States based wholesalers as well as direct in large bulk to the larger customers of the company.

The company’s group purchase programs and closed market purchasing position the company’s product line well.

Experience: Univec is an experienced manufacturer and distributor of pharmaceutical products. The Company has been manufacturing and distributing Methadone and other pharmaceuticals nationwide. Executive and key employees have over 35 years of pharmaceutical experience, with seven years focus on manufacturing of Methadone.

Financial Resources: Univec a publicly held company with a joint venture with VistaPharm a privately held company, this gives the company both private and public financial resources.

Production/Capacity: Univec/VistaPharm has significant capacity for the manufacturing and distributing of Methadone. We have 2 production lines for bottling Methadone. Production is limited only by ingredient allocation by the Federal Government.  We manufacture 5,000 plus bottle a day easily.

Technical Skills:   Univec/VistaPharm employees have significant experience and technical skills in manufacturing and distributing Methadone.  We follow GMP for manufacturing pharmaceutical products and are regulated by FDA, DEA and the state of Florida where our manufacturing plant is located. We employ scientist, pharmacist, pharmacologist and skilled technicians in every phase of our manufacturing process.

We are the premier supplier to Johns Hopkins Hospital (clinics), The Baltimore Substance Abuse System(BSAS) and other substance abuse centers nationwide.
